Accelerator Program (formerly the MODE Intensive Services Program) strategically advances organizations from growth to maturity by investing in critical infrastructure.  Specifically, the Initiative invests in growth organizations (with total revenues from $100,000 to $750,000) through the creation of board adopted strategic plans and funding for strategic plan implementation.

• Phase 1 Strategic Plan Funding (up to $10,000) will support the creation and board adoption a multi-year strategic plan.
• Phase 2 Implementation Funding (up to $20,000) will support specific strategic plan objectives for implementation.
