OPPORTUNITYThe Houston Midtown Management District, Clark Condon Associates and the Cultural Arts Council of Houston/Harris County recognize the unique vision and methods that artists can bring to the design process. In order to take full advantage of these unique abilities, they have elected to include an artist/artist team in the development of a design for this border zone that separates, or joins, Midtown and Downtown Houston. This project is an opportunity for the selected artist/artist team to join the design team lead by Clark Condon Associates, Landscape Architects to develop this important but neglected juncture between Midtown and Downtown Houston.
