Absolute Victory by Rosalinda R. Toro is An art installation in Veteran’s Memorial Park depicting imagery which references landmarks where the United States and its Allies fought and achieved victory.  The artwork includes a tile mosaic on a free-standing concrete wall, tile mosaic medallions inset into the concrete plaza, a bronze medallion depicting a Victory Medal from the Second World War, and ceramic tile reproductions of the WWII campaign ribbons.  This new work of civic art honors especially the US Military personnel that served in World War II from 1941 – 1946.
